Job Description Hybrid: This position requires on‑site presence 3 days per week. Job Description / Responsibilities Lead the end‑to‑end OnStar marketing and brand strategy, covering the full customer journey. Develop and execute integrated marketing initiatives, including brand, digital, media, CRM, PR, and internal (endo‑marketing) campaigns. Own the digital marketing and CRM / Subscriber Relationship Management (SRM) strategy, with strong focus on performance, engagement, and sales conversion. Define and execute Go‑To‑Market strategies for new products, services, apps, and connectivity features. Manage external agencies and vendors (media, digital, CRM, PR) and coordinate with cross‑functional internal teams. Monitor and report Brand, Performance, and CRM KPIs, ensuring data‑driven decision making. Manage marketing budgets and campaign investments, ensuring efficiency and ROI. Prepare and deliver strategic presentations to senior leaders, managers, and directors. Support events, sponsorships, employee communications, and regional activations, including travel when required. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (professional title) in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields. 5+ years of solid marketing experience, covering brand, digital, CRM, media, and campaign management. Proven experience in CRM strategy, campaign execution, and agency management. Strong analytical, financial, and data interpretation skills. Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders without direct reporting relationships. Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken). Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; experience using AI tools to enhance marketing performance. Preferred Qualifications Experience in regional or multinational environments. Experience with tools such as Power BI, Asana, or similar project/analytics platforms. Strong leadership profile with hands‑on execution mindset. This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the selected candidate is expected to report to a specific location at least 3 times a week {or other frequency dictated by their manager}.
