Job Overview: Reporting to the Manager, Facilities, Infrastructure and Projects, the Facilities Coordinator, Facilities and Infrastructure is responsible for coordinating all requests directed to the department. Responsibilities and Duties: * Coordinate and follow up on facilities and infrastructure requests * Manage inventories, assets, invoices, and service calls * Support clinics, departmental projects, and internal stakeholders * Liaise with suppliers and analyze quotes * Assist team members with departmental tasks Education, Credentials, Qualifications: * Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written) - French is an asset * Facilities experience preferred * Dental industry experience considered an asset Required Skills & Abilities: * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Excellent organization and time management * Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities * Customer service–oriented mindset * Ability to collaborate effectively across teams 123Dentist is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusivity.
