Key Responsibilities Engage customers through various communication channels, providing information and assistance related to Eneco's services. Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. Document interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system to track customer feedback and service quality. Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve customer experience strategies. Stay updated on company products, services, and industry trends to provide informed assistance. Enjoy the flexibility of remote work while embracing the vibrant culture and scenery of Greece. Fluency in Dutch (or a relevant language) is required; proficiency in English or Greek is a plus. Experience in customer service or a related field is highly desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Proficiency in CRM systems and standard office software tools.
