Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve service delivery and customer experience. Document interactions accurately in the company's CRM system to maintain quality standards. Stay informed about Eneco's product offerings, promotions, and industry changes to provide up-to-date information to customers. Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge in the energy sector. Fluency in communicative English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus. Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
