We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Educational Leader to help guide and support our team in delivering exceptional programs that meet the needs and interests of children and families.

• Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of educational programs aligned with the My Time, Our Place framework.
• Mentor and support educators to develop their practice and build confidence in program delivery.
• Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), including the National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and the broader community.
• Work collaboratively with the Nominated Supervisor and team to continuously improve service quality and outcomes for children.
