INTRODUCTION:

We’re on the lookout for a passionate and experienced leader to join our St Nicholas OOSH team as a Floating Nominated Supervisor. If you thrive in a supportive, child-focused environment and love making a difference in the lives of children aged 5–12, this could be the perfect opportunity!
This part-time role offers a combination of block and split shifts to support work-life balance or study commitments. You will work across multiple OOSH services in the Newcastle Region as required.

EXPERIENCE/CRITERIA

• Proven ability in all areas of administrative procedure, curriculum development, parent and community liaison, staff professional development and training
• Demonstrated ability to successfully support the My Time Our Place Framework for School Aged Children with the centre curriculum

QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma in Children’s Services or Certificate III in Children’s Services (minimum of 3 years’ experience) as identified by Australian Children’s Education and care Authority
• Working with Children Check verification number
• Current First Aid Certificate, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management training
• Child protection qualification

In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, mentoring a team of educators, and ensuring the delivery of a high-quality, engaging program for children aged 5–12 years.
