RSPCA Queensland is a non-government, community-based charity dedicated to improving the lives of domestic, farmed, and native animals in Queensland. Our mission statement is simple but powerful: Together We Change Lives.

Using your retail and supervisory experience to help all creatures’ great and small by coordinating the volunteers and daily operations of the op shop while focusing on generating a valuable income for the RSPCA Qld. RSPCA Op Shops make a real difference, with all proceeds going straight back to helping animals in need.

• Represent the RSPCA Qld Op Shop team and brand through your passion for all things preloved and second-hand and encourage the same within your team to create a positive supportive store atmosphere.
• Work closely with the Op Shop Store Manager and Area Manager, to support the goals and mission of the RSPCA Qld.
• Maintain a high level of customer service.
• Train and support volunteers.
• Drive sales to achieve set targets.
• Oversee and review all goods for sale in the store.
• Direct and monitor the daily register opening & closing procedures.
• Maintain and periodically review the shop’s pricing list
