Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations and manage staff
  • Ensure food preparation quality, consistency, and presentation
  • Manage inventory, stock control, and order supplies efficiently.Control food costs, minimise waste, and manage the kitchen budget.
  • Develop new menu items and support initiatives to boost sales and upselling.
  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to enhance service and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain kitchen equipment and handle repairs as needed.
