Streamline Services, a leading HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical company in Durham, NC, is looking for Customer Operations Specialists to join our growing team! If you're a motivated, organized, and positive individual with a passion for helping people, we want to meet you! What You'll Do: Be the first friendly voice our customers hear via phone, email, and online. Schedule appointments and provide information about our services. Help convert leads into booked services. Manage and prioritize technician schedules. Collaborate with field staff and customers for smooth job execution. Provide administrative support to keep things running smoothly. Requirements What We're Looking For: 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role (call center or home services a plus!) High school diploma or equivalent. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Comfortable with technology and office tools. Positive, calm, and helpful demeanor in fast-paced situations.
