In this role, you will: Open market advisor is responsible for conducting multiple activities in order to deliver outcomes in line with the IWPB strategy through a need based selling approach (EDRAS) across acquisition, revolving and borrowing. The Open market advisor will work closely with the overall AEL portfolio and non AEL companies in driving improved penetration. They will be responsible to manage customer expectations through service clinics, open days, regular meetings and improved engagement with the company in making HSBC the preferred banking partner. Meeting performance expectations across Acquisition (excluding Premier), Revolving and Borrowing, in addition to Experience and Quality KPIs Be the first point of contact for the employees of assigned companies for fulfilling banking needs. Identify client needs for Wealth, International Banking Corridors, Private Banking/, and refer them to respective lines of business To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements: Complete understanding of the IWPB products, propositions and services, including the global service standards, and the ability to communicate this effectively to customers Proven experience dealing with and selling products and services to high net worth individuals Adept of developing a networking strategy and proven ability to achieve activity and outcome goals Knowledge of competitor activity, propositions and offers Excellent performance year by year Ability to manage high network clients Strong communications and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation skills Good team player Excellent problem solving skills Effective / seamless handover of customer relationships to those with appropriate skills to manage them Customer service orientation Risk awareness Graduation degree is a must – to secure a UAE Visa and Work Permit You’ll achieve more at HSBC.
