We are currently seeking an experienced Open Pit Supervisor – Load & Haul to join our high-performing team at Woodie Woodie, located 407km southeast of Port Hedland.

THE ROLE

Reporting to the Load & Haul Manager, you will lead and supervise pit operations, ensuring safe and efficient execution of the mining plan.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Promote and maintain a strong safety culture
• Deliver weekly to 3-month mining plans in alignment with targets
• Supervise daily Load & Haul operations to maximise efficiency and productivity
• Monitor and report equipment utilisation, production data, and team performance
• Identify and lead improvement initiatives and assist in project work
• Participate in labour planning, recruitment, and onboarding processes
• Set KPIs, provide coaching, and manage performance for your direct reports
• Collaborate across departments to achieve production and safety goals
