Job Description We have an exciting full-time permanent opportunity for a highly organised and proactive Open Road Operations Coordinator to join our Membership team. In the role, you will ensure a high quality and timely production & distribution of the Open Road print magazine. You will provide administration support of NRMA’s digital media network to support the strategic objectives of growing NRMA’s multi-channel Retail Media business through the magazine production, advertising coordination across print and digital channels, and financial administration, as well as providing membership team support. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, with the opportunity to work across our Sydney CBD and Sydney Olympic Park offices and some work from home, as required and agreed. Your responsibilities will include: Coordinate the production and distribution of the quarterly Open Road print magazine, including developing production schedules, liaising with printers and Australia Post, and managing magazine distribution to group businesses and stakeholders. Manage advertising coordination across both print and digital channels including: traffic advertising material, facilitate specification checks coordinate commercial content creation with editorial and advertisers liaising with marketing and stakeholders to schedule advertising campaigns across platforms ensuring a timely launch monitoring the performance of campaigns to identify opportunities for optimisation gathering campaign results and assisting with post-campaign reporting. Other administrative duties including maintaining accurate records, managing returned mail, and resolving reader enquiries in partnership with editorial and member relations teams. Handle finance administration including processing of invoices, onboarding of advertisers and suppliers, and oversee purchase orders for editorial and advertising expenses. Provide light executive assistance and membership team support to the General Manager, Membership including document collation, presentations, supporting internal meetings, and helping with cross-team communications and events. Any other duties as required to support the smooth operation of the Open Road magazine and NRMA content team. What You'll Bring Strong project coordination and organisational skills with the ability to streamline tasks, manage schedules & timelines, keep production running smoothly and collaborate across cross-functional teams. Proficiency in advertising support, including collaborating with multiple stakeholders across cross-functional teams to meet deadlines Executive assistance skills to support senior leaders with administrative requirements Experience in finance administration, including processing invoices, raising purchase orders, and onboarding suppliers Excellent verbal and written communication skills High attention to detail and accuracy with data, documents, and deadlines. Experience in publishing, advertising, media, or marketing coordination in a digital working environment (preferred not essential) What's in it for you?
