  • Mentor and guide junior engineers, supporting a culture of knowledge sharing, innovation, and continuous technical improvement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to define, develop, and implement technology solutions that deliver measurable business value.
  • Oversee project delivery, including challenging integrations with legacy systems and third-party vendors and platforms.
  • Maintain best practices in code quality, unit testing, continuous integration, and deployment automation, ensuring regulatory and security compliance throughout the SDLC (supporting both Agile and Waterfall models).

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline—or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6+ years of professional, hands-on development experience in full stack environments (front-end and back-end).
  • Demonstrated experience building business applications with OpenEdge ABL.
  • Experience with mainstream technology stacks and knowledge of current software engineering tools and methodologies.
  • Proven expertise in deployment and automation tools (such as Terraform, Jenkins, or similar).
