The McDonald’s on Clarks River Rd in Paducah Ky. is looking to hire a few openers and closers.
Starting pay for opening shift or closing shift is $12/hour minimum. If you have management or restaurant custodian experience, starting pay can be negotiated. Join a great team that wants to expand and improve early morning business and late night business.
Duties for Service Opener & Grill Opener:
- Prepare the store for opening operations by completing the following tasks:
- Set up the service area by turning on equipment, and stocking food and paper product for customer service in a timely manner.
- Prepare coffee and other beverages for customers.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and assisting with their needs
- Operate cash registers accurately and efficiently, handling cash transactions and providing change as needed
-Set up the grill/kitchen area by turning on equipment, stocking food and paper product and cooking product in a timely manner, while maintaining food safety protocol.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the shift
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding food safety, safety, sanitation, and customer service.
Requirements:
- Basic math skills
- Previous experience working in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred
- Ability to work early morning shifts and start work on time
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
