As an integral part of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of delicious meals throughout the morning, ensuring that our customers enjoy high-quality food made with care. You will work in a fast-paced environment, where your culinary skills will shine as you create breakfast and lunch meals, contributing to the vibrant atmosphere of our marketplace. Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast and lunch items according to our menu specifications. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, following strict sanitation guidelines. Ensure all food items are fresh and properly stored. Assist in managing inventory and ordering supplies as necessary. Work collaboratively with fellow kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction with every meal. Adhere to all health and safety regulations while preparing food. Prior experience in a cooking or food service role is required. Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety guidelines. Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and deliver quality food efficiently. Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset. Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and work well with a team. Must be available for early morning shifts from 6am to 2pm, including weekends.
