Job Description We are an Engineering Team, we deploy, integrate and operate critical enterprise applications for a multitude of customers with modern concepts of SRE and DevOps in various cloud environments. Your Responsibilities Design, build, operate, and document OpenShift-based platforms and related cloud-native solutions Perform regular cluster health checks, upgrade planning/execution, monitoring optimization, and application rollout activities on OpenShift Consult customers on OpenShift architecture, platform design, hybrid-cloud integrations, and best-practice operational models Work closely with developers and customer teams to improve deployment pipelines, platform reliability, and day-to-day operations Drive automation using Infrastructure-as-Code and configuration management tools Enhance and optimize CI/CD and GitOps workflows (with strong emphasis on Continuous Integration) Improve platform performance, reliability, multitenancy, and application lifecycle management Support simple programming/scripting tasks (Python, Java) to assist automation or integration efforts Produce structured and maintainable documentation Present platform concepts, architectural decisions, and technical solutions to customers Participate in on-call rotation for OpenShift platform operations Qualifications Requirements Hands-on experience operating cloud or hybrid environments (Azure, AWS, GCP, or private cloud) Practical knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform) Deep experience with container platforms, especially Red Hat OpenShift, Kubernetes and Helm Familiarity with observability stacks such as Prometheus, Grafana, Thanos, Loki, Graylog, EFK, or OpenSearch Understanding of cloud-native components such as secret management, container registries, ingress/egress patterns, and service mesh technologies Proficiency in declarative configuration formats (YAML, JSON) Experience in automating CI/CD and GitOps workflows (Argo CD, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) Hands-on experience with DevOps tooling (git and modern CI systems) English language proficiency at B2 or higher Nice to Have Experience working in agile delivery models (Scrum, Kanban, Sprints) Ability to support light scripting or programming tasks (Python, Java) Strength in creating clean, structured documentation Additional Information * Please be informed that our remote working possibility is only available within Hungary due to European taxation regulation.
