PROJECT OVERVIEW:

We are looking for an experienced OpenText Knowledge Discovery Implementation Consultant to lead the end-to-end deployment of OpenText Knowledge Discovery. This initiative will enable unified enterprise search, enhance data discovery capabilities, improve search accuracy, and support structured metadata visualization across multiple content repositories.

• Integration with more than 3 repositories
• Additional Knowledge Discovery analytics

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience implementing OpenText Knowledge Discovery or similar enterprise search and analytics solutions
• Strong understanding of data ingestion, content indexing, and metadata configuration
• Experience with OCR, SpeechToText, and unstructured data processing
• Knowledge of SharePoint, file systems, Google Drive, and enterprise repositories

Work Location: Remot

• Lead the installation and configuration of OpenText Knowledge Discovery software and supporting components.
• Design and configure data ingestion pipelines for up to 1 million documents across up to three repositories.
• Deploy and configure Knowledge Discovery Media for:
• OCR processing (up to 10 custom OCR templates)
• SpeechToText conversion for up to two languages
• Configure up to 10 custom metadata fields to support search refinement and categorization.
• Ensure proper integration with enterprise security (LDAP/AD) and repository-level access permissions.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders for planning, requirement gathering, design, testing, and deployment.
• Deliver documentation, implementation plans, and technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
