Operario de Almacén Order picking, enter and store of all (raw) material based on minimum/ maximum stock level. Supply (raw) material to production and ensure availability of needed (raw) materials maintaining safe working conditions at all time. About the Role Ensure the efficient, safe, and orderly flow of goods within the warehouse, ensuring the correct receipt, storage, preparation, and dispatch of products, contributing to productivity, operational excellence, and compliance with the safety, quality, and environmental standards established by the company. What You Will Do Unload transport vehicles and verify that the goods received match the shipping documents, packing list, purchase orders, or invoices. Any discrepancies must be recorded. Check the quality and condition of products (identify damage, expiration dates, etc.). Label the pallets received and move them to the appropriate area. Record income in the system (SAP, WMS, or other). Place products in assigned locations (racks, pallets, picking areas). Respect FEFO rotation systems and/or batch classification. Operar equipos (apiladores, montacargas, transpaletas, etc) siempre y cuando el operario cuente con la certificación aprobada para el uso seguro de maquinaria. Pick products according to sales/dispatch orders, respecting FEFO. Assemble pallets or boxes, ensuring accuracy in quantities and references. Label and pack correctly for shipping. Ensure that products are uniformly arranged, labeled, and in optimal condition. Comply with palletizing standards (height, stability, safety). Verify that the modulation complies with customer specifications before shipment. Load trucks according to schedule and collection list. Verify that outgoing documents are correct (guides, invoices). Secure security seals and record number. Perform cyclical counts or general inventories. Report differences between physical and system (logical). Record and report developments. Receive returned products from transport providers. Correctly record the Damaged Goods Report (IMD). Verify entry/return documents and record address and responsibility. Apply the organization's policies to ensure the safety of people and property, and comply with quality standards, environmental standards, and current regulations.
