• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Government of Canada Security Clearance level Secret or higher.
• 2 years of experience in cloud infrastructure operations, with a focus on AWS is a plus.
• Proficiency in account management in Active Directory is a plus.
• Good understanding of cloud networking, security, and identity management concepts and best practices is a plus.
• Good problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and drive resolution on time.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Participating in on-call rotations as needed to ensure 24/7 availability of our cloud services.
  Bilingualism in French and English is required for this position due to the nature of the role having interactions with National & Global clients and project teams.
