YOUR FUTURE TEAM

As an AI & Technology champion, you’ll advocate, design, train, implement, and drive digital and AI-powered solutions that align with business goals and compliance needs. Using your fund industry expertise, you’ll act as the hands-on link between technical teams, decision-makers, and client service delivery teams/project stakeholders.
You’ll identify high value prototypes, help streamlining operations and improving critical workflows. Your role will focus on delivering practical, measurable results to enhance efficiency across processes.

YOUR SKILLS

Must have

• Diploma: A Master’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Data Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Experience: 8–10 years of experience in leading technology transformation projects in the financial sector, ideally within the fund industry.
• Soft skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills, analytical problem-solving, results-driven mindset, and a passion for innovation.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI and broader digital solutions frameworks catered to fund management workflows.
• Experience in scaling technology-driven prototypes across teams for continuous improvement.
• In-depth knowledge of fund industry and emerging trends in technology adoption
• IT skills: Proficiency in AI platforms, automation tools, and digital solutions applicable to the fund management sector.
• Languages: Fluent English (spoken and written). Knowledge of French or German is a plus.
