Les principales tâches comprennent des activités générales de production sous la supervision d’un employé mentor, incluant l’assemblage de produits et diverses opérations sur machines menant progressivement à un poste d’opérateur de machine.

• Capacité à soulever 50 lb (environ 23 kg) de façon répétée
• Grande attention aux détails et au contrôle de la qualité
• Capacité à rester debout pendant de longues périodes et à effectuer des tâches répétitives
• Bonne compréhension des protocoles de sécurité en milieu d’entrepôt ou de fabrication
• Bonne coordination œil-main et dextérité manuelle
• Capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique
• Aptitude en mathématiques, en résolution de problèmes, en informatique et en mécanique
• Capacité à bien travailler et communiquer avec les autres
• Maîtrise des outils manuels

JOB SUMMARY:

Primary duties include general production labor activities under the direction of a mentor employee that include product assembly and various machine operation actions that progress to a machine operator position.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma
• 2-5 years manufacturing and machine operating experience

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Good understanding of safety protocols in a warehouse or manufacturing setting
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments
• Aptitude for Math, problem solving, computer and mechanics
• Ability to work and communicate well with others
• Proficiency with hand tools

• Setup and change product materials in accordance with the production plan
• Continuously maintain or exceed production efficiency goals
• Operate or tend automatic or multi-purpose machines including wire looms to produce metal parts and metal products such as wire screening, fencing, tinware, metal baskets, racks, hooks, metal tubing and similar articles
• Fit and assemble components using hand and power tools
• Clean, polish, file or otherwise finish products
• Check products for quality and other specifications
• May clean and lubricate machinery
• Work in accordance with all Health and Safety policies and procedures
• Other duties may be assigned accordingly
