Deine Aufgaben Support cross-functional projects: Support operational and commercial initiatives across pricing, assortment, supply chain, digital marketing and customer service. You help structure workstreams, prepare timelines, track milestones and coordinate stakeholders across different teams and locations. E-commerce analytics & modelling: Prepare analyses to support business decisions, including scenario calculations, KPI tracking, stock-level analyses, marketing spend reviews and value-creation cases. Process improvement: Help map key workflows such as order-to-cash, fulfilment, returns and payments. Identify bottlenecks and support the implementation of process improvements, automation initiatives or outsourcing solutions. Value creation support: Support the identification and quantification of revenue and cost improvement levers. You help translate operational ideas into concrete business cases and support their implementation. Management reporting. Prepare monthly performance updates, KPI dashboards, board materials and internal presentations summarising business performance, project status and recommended next steps. Financial impact analysis: Support the team in assessing how operational decisions impact P&L, cash flow and key business KPIs. You help quantify ROI, payback periods and value-creation potential.
