REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma holder in Business, Hospitality, Nursing, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in operations management, hospitality, or healthcare.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to meet operational and revenue targets.

• Oversee day-to-day centre operations and ensure service excellence.
• Develop and implement operational procedures and best practices.
• Drive business growth through client referrals, partnerships, and service enhancements.
• Train and guide staff to maintain high professional and service standards.
• Analyse operational performance and recommend improvements.
