Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Operating Charge Accountant to join our Finance team in Berlin, Germany. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and managing operating expenses, providing valuable insights to support decision-making, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

• Booking of service charge-related invoices
• Communication with service providers
• Plausibility checks of electricity, water, and energy consumption
• Preparation and review of heating cost statements
• Timely preparation of utility bills
• Handling objections and complaints

Qualifications
-

Successfully completed training as a Real Estate Agent (Immobilienkauffrau/-mann) or a comparable qualification

• And/or solid experience in service charge accounting
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• Strong drive and excellent problem-solving skills
• Excellent German language skills (spoken and written); English skills are desirable
