10+ years’ operating model experience
Must have experience in:

Process mapping and design / process automation
Detailed organisational design, including the development of:
RACI models
Roles & responsibilities
Role descriptions
Skills and capability matrix
Workforce Transition
Development of workforce transition strategies and plans
Managing consultation (spill & fill) processes
Development of governance frameworks
Operating model implementation plannin
