Job Title: Nurse Manager II – Operating Room (OR) Location: Hillsboro, OR (Onsite) Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced Nurse Manager II – Operating Room (OR) to lead perioperative services in a fast-paced acute care hospital. This role requires strong Operating Room leadership experience and the ability to drive high-quality patient care, team performance, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead daily operations of the Operating Room and ensure patient safety Manage, mentor, and develop nursing and clinical teams Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (Joint Commission, Nursing Practice Act) Oversee staffing, scheduling, and resource utilization Drive quality improvement and patient safety initiatives Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams Manage departmental performance, workflows, and operations Support strategic planning and process improvements Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) Active Oregon RN License Strong Operating Room (OR) leadership experience (required) 5+ years of patient care experience 4+ years of leadership experience Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Why Join Us?
