This role is pivotal in maintaining the reliability, security, and performance of systems that bridge IT and OT environments—including HMIs, SCADA servers, and edge devices. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in high-uptime environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of OS platforms across the plant floor and enterprise. What We Offer • Competitive compensation and benefits • Opportunities for professional development and certification • A collaborative environment bridging IT and OT innovation • Direct impact on mission-critical manufacturing systems Requirements Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in OS engineering or systems administration, preferably in industrial or manufacturing settings. • Deep knowledge of Windows Pro and Windows 11 LTSC deployment and lifecycle management. • Strong experience with Linux distributions (e.g., Ubuntu, CentOS, RHEL) in embedded or industrial contexts. • Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy, and WSUS in segmented network environments. • Understanding of industrial networking (VLANs, ARP, static IP schemes) and OT system constraints. • Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Bash) and system automation. • Experience supporting systems in regulated or high-availability environments (e.g., ISO, NIST, FDA, automotive). Preferred Qualifications • Experience with industrial protocols and platforms (e.g., OPC UA, MQTT, Rockwell, Siemens). • Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator, CompTIA Linux+, or RHCSA. • Familiarity with endpoint management tools (SCCM, Intune, Ansible). • Exposure to TPM, BitLocker, SELinux, and secure boot configurations. • Experience supporting MES, SCADA, or historian platforms.
