Key Responsibilities: * Provide safe, effective, and patient-centered care throughout the perioperative process * Assist surgeons during procedures, ensuring a sterile and organized environment * Maintain and prepare operating theatre equipment and instruments * Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes for patients * Comply with hospital policies, infection control standards, and best practices Requirements: * Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution * Valid DHA/DOH/MOH license or eligibility as a Registered Nurse * Minimum 3 years experience in an operating theatre/surgical setting * Excellent clinical and communication skills * Strong attention to detail and ability to work in high-pressure environment * Commitment to patient safety and evidence-based practice
