Description
Responsibilities Oversee the improvement works including coordinating and monitoring project implementation to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards,timely completion and adherence to budget Coordinate the implementation of Rail-property Interface Work, Pedestrian Link projects, Automatic Fare Collection projects, High Voltage/Low Voltage Improvement Project, Station Improvement Projects, Control and Communications System projects, Signalling projects, Train / Light Rail & Bus related projects and Electrical & Mechanical related projects Scrutinise and comment on the project hazard logs, safety plans, quality plans, method statements, monthly reports submitted by service contractors/consultant to ensure compliance with construction and operational safety and quality requirements Work closely with various internal and external stakeholders including the Government Requirements HKALE level or possess Grade C / Level 3 / "Attained with Distinction" in 5 subjects of HKDSE (including English and Chinese Languages), preferably a degree holder A minimum of 5 years’ experience in railway operations , of which 2 year should be at supervisory level Possession of Corporate Membership of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport is preferable Experience in contractor works management and budgeting is an advantage Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese Applications You are invited to apply online via http://www.mtr.com.hk/mtr_job_en or send in your CV stating the position (with reference number) you are applying for by mail to Human Resource Management Department, MTR Corporation, G.P.O.
