JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Administrator to support our logistics and operations team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in operations and be highly organized, tech-savvy, and capable of managing multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operational activities including order processing, inventory coordination, and shipment tracking
  • Use Odoo ERP to handle order management, logistics, and reporting (experience with Odoo is a must)
  • Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth fulfillment processes
  • Maintain records, documentation, and ensure timely updates in systems
  • Assist in resolving issues related to orders, deliveries, and customer inquirie
