Description

In this crucial role, you will be responsible for logistics coordination, order processing, inventory management, and addressing customer service queries. You will manage both inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring smooth communication between suppliers, warehouses, and customers. A strong understanding of logistics, inventory control, and customer service is essential, along with expertise in Odoo ERP or similar order management systems.
This Role will be remote within our Dubai Office based in Al Rigga and will be 6 days a week supporting UK operations working for a UK company.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven experience in operations, logistics, or customer service roles.
  • Expertise in Odoo ERP or comparable order management systems (experience with Odoo is a must).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and logistics management tools.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and managing multiple tasks effectively.
Responsibilities
  • Handle customer service inquiries related to UK operations and provide timely support.
  • Coordinate logistics for inbound shipments, ensuring deliveries meet required timelines and quality standards.
  • Oversee outbound deliveries by booking appropriate slots and managing any issues that arise.
  • Process orders efficiently, ensuring accurate inventory management and timely dispatch.
  • Liaise with local delivery partners in the UK to coordinate and track deliveries, taking full autonomy of this responsibility.
  • Ensure seamless communication between suppliers, warehouses, and customers, proactively resolving logistical challenges.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to implement best practices and continuously improve supply chain processes.

    Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
