Job Description: Job Title: Operation Analyst, NCT Location: Jaipur, India Role Description The Process Executive will be responsible for completion of day-to-day activity as per standards and ensure accurate and timely delivery of assigned production duties. Candidate needs to ensure adherence to all cut-off times and quality of processing as maintained in SLAs. You should ensure that all queries/first level escalations related to routine activities are responded to within the time frames pre-specified. Should take responsibility and act as backup for the Peers in their absence and share best practices with the team. Understating of trade life cycle. Verifying swift instructions to our custodian agent as required. Well versed with Swift/Payment flow. Resolving problems arising from unmatched items and implement long term solutions for frequently occurred issues Preparing pending trades report and communicate with custodian to identify settlement issues Perform Nostro/Depot reconciliation on TLM and Avaloq. Break investigations and resolutions Understand and effectively manages risks through timely and accurate escalation of key issues Work together as a team to ensure all deliverables are as per SLA Coordinate with stakeholders/technology for day-to-day issues. Raise tickets until issue is resolved Ensuring all the process KOPs are tracked and updated on a regular basis Assist in creating proper backups through adequate cross training. Must be able to work under deadline driven environment. Good time management and problem-solving skills Analytics with ability to quickly assess situations and resolve complex issues Good oral and written communication Good PC skills including excel, word, PPT. Candidate with advance on advanced excel will be an added advantage Your skills and experience Diploma or Degree in a related discipline Needs to be a self-starter with significant ability to undertake initiatives. Strong interpersonal / good negotiations skills are required. Follow through skills, Effective communication skills, fluency in Microsoft Office skills, ability to confidently handle internal clients, futuristic and innovative approach will be expected.
