Qualifications & Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce and experience in Maritime activities, Shipping services, Logistics, Administration, and Basics of Accounting.
• Relevant certifications in maritime operations are an advantage.

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in shipping, maritime operations, port agency, or logistics.
• Familiarity with port agency operations and port formalities is preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of vessel operations, arrivals/departures, and port procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with authorities, agents, and crew.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic operational environments.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Zoho accounting and operational software is a plus.

Other Requirements

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when vessel movements require it.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to port locations as needed.

Pay: AED1,861.09 - AED4,413.54 per month
