Assist the unit head to lead the customer service support for branch operations issues at the bank
Head of Customer Service Unit and (Senior) Officer
Customer services for branch-Operations issues, Corporate online-banking User ID maintenance, ATM, Operations management
 Handle Corporate online banking system(BNMS)User ID maintenance
 Responsible for ATM operations management
 Handle Corporate online banking system(BNMS)User ID maintenance
 Responsible for ATM operations management
Perform the customer service support for branch operations issues;
 Handle Corporate online banking system(BNMS)User ID maintenance;
 Responsible for ATM operations management such as the procurement and ATM
system upgrade and operational issues resolution;
 Branch operation vendor management；
 Procurement of ATM, Cash recycler, cash counters and other cash related
machines；
 Receiving clients’ complaints and service requirements via email, call center and
other channels; Acting as the first interface to forward to the responsible
department/unit to follow up and respond to clients in accordance with the
solution plan;
 Process and send personal overdraft/loan statement and related tax forms
(T5/NR4) to customers;
 Generate Customer Account Charge failure report;
 Responsible for drafting and issuing public notice to customers;
 Develop customer service satisfaction KPIs, monitor and provide assessment result

to Operation development and planning unit;

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in database management and data analysis.
• Experience with financial auditing processes is highly desirable.
• Strong mathematical skills with the ability to perform complex calculations accurately.
• Excellent research skills to gather relevant data from various sources.
• Familiarity with Office applications, particularly Excel for data analysis tasks.
• Knowledge of investment banking principles is a plus.
• Experience with Power BI for data visualization is preferred.
• Familiarity with Access and Dynamics GP is advantageous.

Rate $20.00 to $22.00 hour
