In line with our business expansion, we would like to invite qualified and candidates to fill the following position at Delima Oil Products Sdn Bhd Job Description Responsibilities To ensure all official documentations for orders processing: PO, DO, INV, being accordingly prepared, processed & managed. To lead the process of Market Return Stocks verification at respective Southern Region Distributors. Monthly reporting updates on PO, CN, & operational progress for the assigned distributor accounts. POD management includes sorting, matching and verifying for selected sales offices. COSS, e-COSS & MKHMM documentation processing for KPDN HEP submission on monthly basis. Monitoring Loscam & LHT pallets movement, transactions including pallet return collection & de-hiring. To assist in banking matters including the process of defrayal cheques and payments from customers. Quarterly StockTake & completing related task assigned by the head of Southern W&D Hub or the management accordingly. Requirements SPM/STPM/SKM/Diploma or equivalent. Minimum 2 years working experience in related field. Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken). Responsibilities
The Operation Clerk is responsible for ensuring all official documentation for order processing is prepared and managed. This includes leading stock verification processes and managing monthly reporting for distributor accounts.
