JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to manage daily operations for our flooring projects. The role involves coordinating between sales, procurement, site teams, and clients to ensure smooth execution of projects, timely delivery of materials, and efficient workflow across departments.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, Civil/Interior Engineering, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in operations coordination, preferably in flooring, interiors, or construction industry in UAE.
  • Knowledge of flooring materials (tiles, wood, vinyl, carpets, etc.) will be an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP systems.
  • Good communication skills in English .
  • UAE driving license preferred.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per mont
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and monitor day-to-day operational activities related to flooring projects.
  • Support the operations manager in scheduling, planning, and tracking project timelines.
  • Liaise with suppliers for material procurement, delivery schedules, and follow-ups.
  • Ensure proper documentation of purchase orders, delivery notes, and site records.
  • Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and labor teams to ensure work is progressing as planned.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on project status, material usage, and manpower allocation.
  • Handle customer queries and update clients on project progress.
  • Assist with logistics, transportation, and delivery of flooring materials to project sites.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, HSE regulations, and quality standards.
  • Maintain inventory levels and assist in stock management.
