Xtra Link Transport is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless coordination between our fleet, drivers, and valued clients.

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong communication skills in Urdu and English. Arabic is an advantage.
• 2 Years Experience in transportation or logistics coordination preferred
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Familiarity with fleet tracking systems and basic data reporting
• Professional, reliable, and solution-oriented mindset
• Great Computer skills .
• Holder of UAE Driving License

  Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per mont

• Monitor and coordinate daily vehicle movements and driver assignments
• Maintain real-time communication with drivers to ensure timely deliveries
• Liaise with clients to confirm schedules, resolve issues, and uphold service standards
• Track vehicle performance, maintenance schedules, and compliance records
• Support operational reporting and assist in resolving logistical challenges
