Please visit our website: www.turnerandtownsend.com Job Description Strategic Operations Management: Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and standard operating procedures across North Asia locations. Ensure alignment with regional APAC objectives Work closely with the North Asia leadership and the Business support functions to drive operational excellence with ownership and accountability. Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and oversee a team of operational leaders and managers, fostering high engagement, talent development, and performance accountability Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements in operational processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery Project and Change Management: Drive change initiatives, improvement projects, and regional strategic programs, including ESG and ISO compliance initiatives Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, resource allocation, KPIs (e.g., service levels, working capital, inventory turnover), and operational reporting Stakeholder Engagement: Interact with internal teams (executive leadership, sales, finance) and external stakeholders (vendors, resellers, regulatory authorities) to ensure operational objectives are met and customer satisfaction is maximized Risk and Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and industry standards and proactively address operational risks Performance Analysis: Monitor operational performance across locations, using data-driven insights to make strategic recommendations and optimize outcomes Regional Collaboration: Act as a liaison across APAC operations, sharing best practices, aligning operational objectives with regional peers, and supporting local market performance Health & Safety compliance: Lead and drive the adoption of Health & Safety compliance in North Asia with support from the Asia regional HSE lead . Ethics & Compliance: Drive the behaviors of integrity with support from regional Ethic and compliance lead for Asia. Support the Asia lead with in region investigation & training and awareness programmes+tracking and reporting Reporting :Lead and take ownership of the tracking and reporting for North Asia into the sub regional ,regional and global board reports Qualifications Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred Experience: 10+ years in senior operations management roles, with significant experience in regional or multi-country operations. Prior exposure to supply chain, logistics, distribution, or IT/technology-focused operations is advantageous Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the local business landscape in North Asia Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead crossfunctional teams, mentor direct reports, and drive results across diverse cultural and organizational environments Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of ERP systems, planning tools, reporting dashboards, and an ability to interpret operational metrics Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, problemsolving, and relationship management skills.
