Why join the HPS department? As a Operation Excellence Manager you will report to Plant Director in the HPS department based in Huizhou for a Permanent contract.Key Responsibilities: 1.Lead KPI management, skills & tools application and Lean management to achieve Operation Excellence. 2.Build up the lean transformation strategies and action plan for deployment and implementation to support business growth and competitiveness of product cost. 3.Build up OPEX Roadmap(Such as HPS 2.0) and define key projects, as well as coordinate the HPS project management system to boost and track each project in terms of KPI monitoring, skills application, bottlenecks of projects and cross function barriers. 4.Lead the change management and total employee involvement through activating and cultivating the spirit and skills of lean transformation. 5.Set up the diversified platforms and channels to exchange and benchmark the Best Practices and experience internally and externally. 6.Act as interface between Group and Huizhou factory to facilitate communication, knowledge sharing and benchmarking to ensure alignment dynamically on lean. 7.Organize, train and coach the lean tools and problem solving skills to related staff and continuously strengthen the improvement competency of Line Leaders. (such as HPS, Six Sigma, Gemba Kaizen, A3, Problem Solving, VSM, TPM, IE, TWI, etc. ) Position Requirements: 1. Bachelor or above with the major of industrilisation or related. 2. 10+ years experoence in foreign investment manufacturing factory, and over 6 years working experience in lean transformation, production operation experience is a plus. 3. Hands-on Lean transformation and change management experience. 4. Good command of : Problem Solving, A3, IE, TPS, TPM, Six Sigma, VSM, Gemba Kaizen, Coaching skill, Project Management,strategic management. 5. Good oral English skill, could use English as working language.What we offer?
