JOB DESCRIPTION:

Al Ahliya Sky is looking for a dedicated Operations Executive to oversee manpower supply operations within construction projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing worker deployment, coordinating with clients, and ensuring compliance with UAE labor regulations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Male candidates only
• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in manpower supply
• Strong Excel and coordination skills
• Available for immediate joining
  Job Type: Full-time
  Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Experience:

• preparing and managing timesheets for manpower deployment: 2 years (Required)
• in manpower supply/construction within the UAE: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• UAE Driving License (Preferred)

Location:

• Dubai (Required)

• Manage daily deployment of workers across sites
• Liaise with clients to resolve site issues promptly
• Maintain accurate records, timesheets, and performance reports
• Ensure all labor and visa regulations are strictly followed
