Working location : 50% Client Site / 50% Company On-Site
Working Days and Hours : Mon-Fri | 9am-6pm

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Defence Studies, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in operations, logistics, or project coordination is an advantage.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate and monitor day-to-day operations within the assigned unit or department.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
  • Support military training exercises, events, and deployments by managing logistics and resource coordination.
  • Analyse operational data and prepare reports for internal review and decision-making.
  • Liaise with internal departments, external agencies, and stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Provide administrative support for manpower planning, procurement and project tracking.
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation and record-keeping
