Long Idling Follow up

DET/DEM Collection & Invoice follow up

Monitoring Invoicing/Receipt/Deduction of Line Detention

T&D guidelines related to Documents/cargo release - Queries/clarifications

Legal/Refund of Det/Total loss /Full resale cases

Preparing notices for new/revised notification of Port/customs local regulations

Preparing reports to HQ for approvals - Auction/Disposal/Det Deduction

ITSM Documentation Module Process Improvement Plan

Preparing Weekly/Monthly report for RHQ + HQ(L.I/Non-Invoice/DTL/DED)

Manifest monitoring - troubleshooting

Experience:

Minimum 2 yrs experience in either Shipping or Logistics

Knowledge of Shipping cycle and container movements & Documentation processes

Knowledge of Port and customs related to container movements/Detention/Demurrage/ auction/disposal

Qualification:

Bachelor's or Master's in any degree.

Proficient in MS office applications (Excel, Power-Point etc.).

Strong verbal and written communication in English and logical reasoning

Must possess the right working attitude and positive thinking. Should be self-motivated, creative and a team player.
