JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Manage and rearrange car storage spaces.
  • Check in and check out vehicles, keeping accurate records.
  • Keep track of vehicle movements.
  • Update or input data into Google Sheets for reporting and tracking.
  • Swap replacement cars with customers.
  • Inspect and quote bodywork for end of contract.
  • Send, collect, and inspect cars at AutoSpray/washing point.
  • Inspect and send worn-out PVC seats for replacement/repairs.
  • Prepare and arrange cars for GetGo use.
  • Inspect tow-in cars and submit request forms to the Service Advisor (SA).
  • Issue replacement cars as approved by the workshop/salesperson.
  • Update the total ready cars from the workshop/ARC to GetGo.
  • Monitor cars sent to the workshop and update reports.
  • Check and approve parts quotations.
  • Prepare next-day delivery cars for salespersons.
  • Monitor and arrange VICOM inspections.
  • Arrange and inspect vehicles for the entire fleet under LCR.
  • Create/update PO/DO/end contract entries in Dewtouch.
  • Check and tally keys and cars daily.
  • Check and tally invoices for windscreen/PVC seat replacement, etc.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Valid Class 3 driving license.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Google Sheets preferred).
  • At least 1–2 years of relevant experience; candidates with automotive industry background preferred.
  • Minimum O Level qualification and above.
  • 5.5 days work week.
