Ltd. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive with 1–2 years of experience to support and manage day-to-day operational activities. The ideal candidate will coordinate with internal teams, vendors, warehouses, and logistics partners to ensure smooth operational flow, timely dispatches, accurate documentation, and process efficiency. Key Roles & Responsibilities Operational Coordination Manage daily operational activities including order processing, dispatch coordination, and delivery tracking Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, sales, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of orders Ensure timely movement of materials and finished goods Order & Dispatch Management Process sales orders and ensure accuracy in documentation Coordinate with logistics partners for dispatch planning and scheduling Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery to customers and distributors Resolve delivery-related issues and escalations efficiently Inventory & Stock Management Monitor inventory levels and ensure availability of stock Coordinate with warehouse team for inward/outward stock movement Maintain stock records and assist in periodic stock audits Vendor & Logistics Coordination Liaise with transporters, vendors, and third-party service providers Ensure cost-effective and timely logistics operations Verify bills, invoices, and delivery challans Documentation & Reporting Maintain operational records, MIS reports, and daily/weekly dashboards Prepare reports related to dispatches, pending orders, stock status, and operational performance Ensure proper filing and record-keeping of all operational documents Process Improvement & Compliance Assist in improving operational processes to enhance efficiency Ensure adherence to company SOPs, policies, and compliance requirements Support management in implementing new operational systems or tools Customer & Internal Support Act as a point of contact for operational queries from sales and customer support teams Ensure timely resolution of operational issues to maintain customer satisfaction Requirements Required Skills & Competencies Strong coordination and communication skills Good analytical and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic MIS reporting Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines Basic understanding of supply chain, logistics, and inventory processes Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems (Zoho/SAP/Tally – preferred) Educational Qualification Graduate in any discipline (Operations / Supply Chain / Logistics preferred) Experience Requirement 1–2 years of relevant experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or backend operations Experience in manufacturing, renewable energy, or e-commerce industry is an added advantage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) On-time order processing and dispatch Accuracy in documentation and reporting Inventory accuracy and stock availability Reduction in operational delays and escalations Coordination effectiveness with internal and external stakeholders Why Join Loom Solar?
