Description

Manage navigation licenses, sea trials, voyage permissions, sailing permits, and extensions.
Coordinate effectively with clients, vessel crew, port authorities, and logistics teams.
Prepare and maintain accurate operational documentation while ensuring full regulatory compliance.
Handle day-to-day shipping, logistics, and maritime operations.
Demonstrate strong working knowledge of the SILS system for port clearance and efficient vessel turnaround.
Conduct inbound and outbound vessel inspections, including structural integrity and cargo-worthiness assessments.
Prepare inspection reports and coordinate required repairs and corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with UAE port regulations, maritime requirements, and safety standards.
Handle FTA operations and demonstrate strong knowledge of UAE immigration procedures and compliance requirements.
Supervise and arrange inward and outward vessel clearances.
Manage vessel husbandry services, including crew changes and related logistics arrangements.
Obtain required clearances from Coast Guard and CID authorities.
Maintain close coordination with port authorities to ensure smooth, timely, and compliant vessel operations.
Process various visa applications according to client requirements.
Coordinate daily operational arrangements, including transportation, hotel accommodation, and boat bookings.
Manage crewing schedules while ensuring compliance with applicable maritime regulations.
Support seaport operations, vessel handling, and related documentation.
Handle customs clearance procedures and ensure proper documentation.
