Job Summary We are looking for a Last Mile Coordinator to manage and coordinate daily shipment dispatch operations, ensuring timely handover to shipping companies and 3PL partners. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and a good understanding of logistics and Last Mile operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the daily dispatch of shipments to assigned shipping companies and 3PL partners.
• Monitor shipment dispatch status and ensure compliance with dispatch cut-off times.
• Coordinate with the warehouse, Account Managers, and internal teams to resolve shipment-related issues.
• Identify and resolve issues related to shipment dispatching and handover to 3PL partners.
• Follow up on pending shipments and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
• Maintain accurate shipment and dispatch records and provide updates when required.
• Ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and external shipping partners.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in logistics, Last Mile operations, warehouse operations, or dispatch coordination.
• Previous experience working with shipping companies or 3PL providers is preferred.
• Good knowledge of logistics and Last Mile operations.
• Good command of Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle operational issues efficiently.
• High attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Good time management and ability to work under pressure.
