Description

Apple is looking for a highly motivated Finance Manager to join the Operations Finance FP&A team to support the highly reputed Operations team who manage Apple’s supply Chain. This role requires a candidate that can seamlessly balance operations support and finance responsibilities. In this role the manager provides financial support to various operations VPs and their staff, requiring excellent communication skills, a strong business acumen, and the ability to think fluidly during presentations. DESCRIPTION A successful candidate is a proven leader who embraces change, offers new perspectives, and constantly looks for new and improved ways to achieve results. The candidate must have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision while completing a variety of complex and non-standardized tasks in a high-paced environment. A big plus would be for the candidate to have an interest in operations and equips with strong Tableau and data mining/coding skills. This candidate will be expected to effectively manage a team of analysts, with a proven track record of people management. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate and present effectively with all levels of the operation across functions and cultures Hands-on financial experience performing budgeting, forecasting, reporting, controlling and analysis 12+ years of financial experience, with at least 5+ years in a US or European MNC Bachelor degree, Finance/Accounting related, qualified accountant and master is a plus Strong command and current knowledge on China tax and local regulation Fluent in English and Mandarin PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Fight for excellence yet approach problems with flexibility Be able to think out of box and drive for solution Strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture while working with ambiguity and uncertainty Tableau capability is required.
