Responsibilities

In this role you will be:

  • Supporting Campus HSE Surveillance and monitoring (H&S and E) performance
  • Supporting the Safety Talks deployment and management of Concerns/IDEAS
  • Responsible for JSA revision / Non-Routinary activities Risk Assessment
  • Responsible for Management of Change (MOC) follow-up
  • Responsible for environmental sampling (air emissions, water discharge, noise)
  • Supporting HSE Digital tool management and the organization to learn from Normal Operations
  • Acting as Life Saving Rules (LSR) reference point in the shop-floor
  • Responsible for Contractors HSE Oversight and HSE Supervision
  • Individuals with expertise in air, water, waste, hazardous materials transportation, product regulation (REACH, WEE, RoHs, etc.) and sustainable development (CSR) and supplier management. Note: Individuals located at a site providing environmental support to that site alone should be classified as “Operational, Fixed Facilities,” unless they support multiple sites or service operations. May include individuals supporting services, projects and construction. May include Technical Experts who are individuals that have expertise in transactional investigation work and property remediation for purposes of acquisition or disposition.
  • Handles communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Be familiar with HSE operations
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Environmental Health & Safety)
  • Have basic knowledge of HSE management systems, Local HSE regulations and widely used International standards.
  • Have preferrably ASPP qualification
  • Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be able to communicate fluently in Italian and English.
  • Have good teamwork, mediation, relationship-building and influencing skill
