The team you will be part of Our Operations Team ensures that everything runs like clockwork behind the scenes—managing warehouse activities, inventory flow, and fulfilment with precision and efficiency. From stock accuracy to timely dispatch, the team plays a crucial role in delivering a seamless end-to-end eCommerce experience. With a strong focus on process, coordination, and control, Operations keeps our promises to customers and clients every single day. Your Responsibilities Operations: Assist with daily operations and administrative tasks, such as data entry, filling, documentary Assist with customer team with information’s service tasks, such as responding to customer team’s inquiries and processing orders Monitor and track inventory levels, ensuring that orders are fulfilled in a timely manner, manage return/refund process Assist with the development and implementation of operational processes and procedures Analyze and report on operation metrics and order fulfillment Assist with special projects as needed Final-year student majoring in Supply Chain, Operations, E-commerce Business, or related fields with the ability to provide an official internship endorsement letter from the university Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Good organizational and time management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Able to work independently and as part of a team Detail-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills In return, you will be getting Operations in e-commerce is an incredibly dynamic field—marked by rapid replenishment cycles, tight fulfilment timelines, and major demand spikes during campaigns. Responsibilities

The intern will assist with daily operational tasks including data entry, inventory tracking, and order fulfillment. They will also support the customer service team and contribute to the development of operational processes.
