Responsibilities

Data Processing & Coordination:

  • Liaise with operations and warehouse teams to ensure accurate data processing.
  • Receive stock checklists and load items to the store using a trolley.
  • Prioritize and allocate pick-and-pass picking orders to courier service companies for efficient export and local deliveries.
  • Update information into the system in a timely manner.
  • Perform any other warehouse administrative duties as assigned.

Store Management:

  • Oversee the management of store operations and inventory.

Inventory Management:

  • Oversee inventory levels of car accessories, ensuring adequate stock to meet customer demand.
  • Track product movement and forecast inventory needs based on sales trends.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, monitor stock rotation, and manage stock replenishment.

Order Processing & Fulfillment:

  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders, both online and in-store.
  • Coordinate the preparation, packaging, and shipping of products.
  • Work with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of car accessories.

Logistics Coordination:

  • Coordinate with shipping companies and logistics providers for the delivery of products.
  • Track the status of deliveries and resolve any issues related to shipment delays or errors.

Sales Support:

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and ensure product availability.

Customer Service:

  • Address customer queries related to order status, shipping, and product availability.
  • Monitor returns and exchanges, ensuring proper handling in line with store policies.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Monitor and report on inventory levels and fulfillment rates.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month
